Many books currently offering solutions to anxiety are written by experts, theorists, or former sufferers with the condition. The Anxiety Guide may be the first book written by and for those currently battling with anxiety on a daily basis.

Filled with practical advice on dealing with different types of anxiety, including panic attacks, this book can be thought of as a guidebook on “how I got through today.”

This book details three different type of anxiety: 1) escalating anxiety, 2) attacking anxiety (including panic attacks), and 3) abiding anxiety (including generalised anxiety disorder).

This is essentially a series of techniques – developed from conversations with anxiety-sufferers and drawing from NLP and hypnotherapy – to enable and empower those currently living with anxiety.

This is the first book in the new ‘Self-help for the Rest of Us’ series.
